How Much Can I Get Done In 4 Days?

As I sit here in front of the computer, I think I really have too much to do to be sitting here in front of the computer :o)

I leave for Mexico in 4 days.

I need to clean my house, change two hamster cages, 1 litter box, 1 hermit crab dwelling. There will be countless loads of laundry, 1 more soccer practice. Did I mention I am coaching, and I will miss the 1st 2 games? Thank you Tim for filling in. :0) I work 2 more nights @ the hospital, and I need to start packing. I am sure there is more that I just can't think of right now. BLAH. . . BLAH. . . BLAH

For whatever reason, I always get a feeling of not being prepared before we go. Shouldn't I know by now that God's already prepared the way? Each trip I have been blown away by our wonderful Provider. How he continues to bless my family, and grow me through missions. Not just missions in Mexico, but missions every single day of our lives. So often we forget that we should be on a mission for God EVERY day.

My prayer for the rest of the week is not only for God to ready the people we will meet in Mexico, but to ready the people we will encounter WHEREVER we are.

May God allow you to be a blessing to someone today, and everyday--WHATEVER mission field you are on.

Hi Kelly,
This is Chris Brison, Caitlin's mom. You were her nurse on 6C at STH when she was recovering from meningitis. She continues to undergo dialysis, still has healing skin lesions, and pain but at least she's alive! I've thought a lot about you, knowing that you were getting ready to leave on your trip. I wish you a wonderful, productive, spiritual time while in Mexico. I can't wait until Caitlin and I can join you. Have a safe trip!
